Workouts are designed specifically to help students focus on speed, timing, and coordination while they master the art of punching and kicking. Punches and kicks made with precision and power help to build your arms and legs and strengthen your abdominals!
ATLETICA
ATLETICA
Experience this total body approach based on Ilaria’s own strength training. These movements are demanding but rewarding, and students will build muscles, strength, and flexibility. All you need is a set of dumbbells and your willpower!
FORZA
FORZA
One of Ilaria’s most unique training programs, this workout brings the benefits of martial arts weapon training, also known as Samurai sword training, to the fitness world. No contact is allowed in this workout, making it safe and accessible to everyone.

IMPACT
This one–hour, highly addictive workout is safe for all levels and can be performed at varying degrees of intensity. Repeatedly hitting a target improves form and technique while also increasing stamina, speed, and agility.

BODYSTRIKES
Bodystrikes is a comprehensive lower–body workout that will challenge and sculpt your legs from all angles! Commitment to this high–intensity workout will allow you to burn hundreds of calories and focus on building a lean, muscular lower body.

DEFINITIONS
Exercises and sequences are designed to train arms, shoulders, back, legs and core separately, building strength one body part at a time. Simple yet fundamental exercises will force each muscle to strengthen with slow and controlled movements.
This one–hour, highly addictive workout is safe for all levels and can be performed at varying degrees of intensity. Repeatedly hitting a target improves form and technique while also increasing stamina, speed, and agility.
