Hi Everyone,
I wanted to wish you all a happy and healthy 2025.
If you have known me for a while, you know that I will always include the word STRONG in anything I do and say because I believe that we live better lives when we are stronger.
With that said and having had my highs and lows with my health, I also know how challenging it can get to work on our fitness and to stay consistent with any type of training. But the truth is: all the work you do, no matter what it is, counts. Be it classes, walking, running outdoors, or lifting something heavy – everything will make you a strong and more vital individual. Any and all efforts you put into working out, will pay off.
While I will always push you to make sure your workouts will include strength training, I am also here to remind you that anything you do when you move your body matters and contributes to being a healthy person. Humans are meant to be active, our bodies are designed to move and with the right exercises and progression anybody can go to the next level and work on their strength.
In the past 25+ years I have developed strength training programs based on my own workouts and philosophy to maintain my own vitality. It is a privilege to be able to share that with others, whether in in-person classes or remotely. I am sure you are bombarded with many options, especially at the start of a new year.
